Scope of application

The DZ47s-63 (H) series miniature circuit breaker is designed to protect against overloads and short circuits in electrical systems with an AC frequency of 50Hz, a maximum voltage rating of 230/400V, and a current rating of up to 100A. Additionally, it can be used for occasional switching of lines and equipment in normal operating conditions. This product complies with the following standards: IEC60898-1、GB10963.1

Structure characteristics

This seriers of circuit breakers comprises a robust plastic enclosure, an overcurrent release, an operating mechanism, contacts, and an arc suppression system. The outer casing is constructed from a high-performance, fire-resistant plastic material. In this configuration, several single-pole units combined to multi pole circuit breaker, with the trip mechanism linked by a rod and the operating handle connected by on/off operation across all poles.

Working condition

◇ The upper limit of the surrounding air temperature shall not exceed+40 ℃, the lower limit shall not be lower than -5 ℃, and the 24-hour average value shall not exceed+35 ℃;

◇ Altitude: The altitude of the installation site shall not exceed 2000m;

◇ Atmospheric conditions: At+40 ℃, the relative temperature of the air does not exceed 50%, and higher relative humidity is allowed at lower temperatures;

◇ The average minimum temperature of the wettest month shall not exceed+25 ℃, and the average maximum relative humidity of that month shall not exceed 90%, taking into account condensation on the surface of the product caused by temperature changes;

◇ Pollution level: Level 2;

◇ Installation category: Class III;

◇ Installation type: TH35-7.5 type installation rail is used for installation;

◇ Installation conditions: The inclination angle between the installation surface and the vertical surface shall not exceed 5 °.
