Scope of application

The CFB2s-63 miniature circuit breaker is suitable for overload and short circuit protection of lighting distribution systems or squirrel cage motor distribution systems with AC 50Hz, rated voltage of 400V and below, and rated current up to 63A. It can also be used for infrequent operation conversion of lines under normal conditions. This circuit breaker is suitable for industrial, commercial, high-rise, and residential areas. The product meets the following standards: IEC60898-1、GB10963.1.


Structure characteristics

Structure: The circuit breaker is mainly composed of an insulation shell, an operating mechanism, a delay, an instantaneous release, contacts, and an arc extinguishing system;The operating mechanism is a free-release structure. During normal or abnormal operation, the contacts can only stay in the closed or open position. The moving contacts of the multi-pole circuit breaker are mechanically linked, and each pole is basically closed or opened at the same time.

Working principle: When an overload fault occurs in the circuit, the overload current causes the bimetallic strip to bend, pushing the lock buckle to release, mechanically driving the contact to disconnect and cut off the circuit quickly;When a short circuit fault occurs in the circuit, and the fault current reaches the instantaneous action value of the product, the short circuit current passes through the coil to attract the iron core and push the top rod, pushing the lock buckle open and causing it to trip, thus achieving the function of cutting off the circuit;

The circuit breaker has a current limiting function. When a short circuit occurs, the iron core causes the top pole to pull apart the contacts and also opens the lock buckle. The arc resistance reduces the short-circuit current, playing a current-limiting role. The mechanism operates simultaneously to keep the contacts in the disconnected position. The arc is quickly extinguished through the comprehensive action of the arc extinguishing system..


Working condition

◇ The upper limit of the surrounding air temperature shall not exceed+40 ℃, the lower limit shall not be lower than -5 ℃, and the 24-hour average value shall not exceed+35 ℃;

◇ Altitude: The altitude of the installation site shall not exceed 2000m;

◇ Atmospheric conditions: At+40 ℃, the relative temperature of the air does not exceed 50%,

and higher relative humidity is allowed at lower temperatures;

◇ The average minimum temperature of the wettest month shall not exceed+25 ℃, and the average maximum relative humidity of that month shall not exceed 90%, taking into account condensation on the surface of the product caused by temperature changes;

◇ Pollution level: Level 2;

◇ Installation category: Class III;

◇ Installation type: TH35-7.5 type installation rail is used for installation;

◇ Installation conditions: The inclination angle between the installation surface and the vertical surface shall not exceed 5 °.
