Intelligent monitoring and early warning 1) Leakage pre-alarm function: Real-time monitoring of residual current in the circuit. When abnormal leakage (such as insulation degradation) is detected, an alarm signal is output through a passive normally open contact (dry contact). It can be linked to SCADA, fire protection system or sound and light alarm device without an external power supply to achieve early warning of faults and ensure power supply continuity. 2) Flexible threshold configuration: supports custom setting of leakage alarm values, adapting to sensitivity requirements of different scenarios (such as 30mA/100mA adjustable). 3. Diversified control ability Line and motor control: suitable for occasional switching operations of distribution lines or intermittent start-stop control of small motors, meeting the requirements of nonfrequent operation scenarios. Typical application scenarios: 1) Key power supply areas: places with high requirements for power continuity, such as data centers and hospital IT systems, have alarm nontrip mechanisms to avoid accidental power outages. 2) Equipment protection: Front-end protection for devices such as frequency converters and outdoor electrical cabinets that are susceptible to electrical leakage or environmental impact. 3) Intelligent operation and maintenance: By connecting to the building management system (BMS) through touch signals, remote monitoring and preventive maintenance can be achieved. Scope of application

♦ Suitable for distribution network circuits with AC 50Hz, rated working voltage of 400V and below, and rated current of 63A and below;

♦ Provide indirect contact protection for individuals;

♦ Provide leakage protection for equipment;

♦ Overload and short circuit protection for lines and power equipment;

♦ Under normal circumstances, it can be used for infrequent switching of circuits and infrequent starting of motors.

♦ This circuit breaker can monitor the residual current value and output passive normally open contacts for alarm without tripping.

♦ This circuit breaker has a selectable leakage alarm without a tripping function.

1. When the leakage protection function is turned on, the leakage alarm light does not light up. When the leakage current in the circuit reaches the operating value, the product will trip within the specified time;

2. When the leakage protection function is turned off: When leakage current is generated in the circuit, the leakage alarm light is always on, but the product does not trip. At this time, the circuit should be maintained in a timely manner.

◇ Environmental humidity: not exceeding 50% at a maximum ambient temperature of+40 ℃, with higher relative humidity possible at lower temperatures, such as reaching 90% at 20 ℃, taking into account condensation on the product surface due to temperature changes;

◇ Installation conditions: The external magnetic field of the installation site should not exceed 5 times the geomagnetic field in any direction. Residual current operated circuit breakers should generally be installed vertically, with the handle facing upwards to connect to the power supply. There should be no significant impact or vibration at the installation site;

◇ Installation category: II;

◇ Installation type: TH35-7.5 standard guide rail installation is adopted;

◇ Pollution level: 2;

◇ Wiring method: Use screws to tighten the wiring.
