Scope of application

The DZ20 series plastic shell circuit breaker (hereinafter referred to as the circuit breaker) is suitable for distribution lines with AC 50Hz, rated current up to 1250A, rated insulation voltage of 660V, rated working voltage of 380V (400V) and below, as overload, short circuit and under voltage protection for distributed electrical energy, lines and power equipment. Among them, the Y, J, and G type circuit breakers with rated current of 225A and Y type 400A can also be used to protect motors. Under normal circumstances, the circuit breaker can be used for infrequent switching of lines and infrequent starting of motors.

The product meets the following standards: JB8589、GB14048.2、IEC947-2.

Structural characteristics

This series of circuit breakers is based on the Y-shaped product and consists of four parts: insulation shell, operating mechanism, contact system, and release device.

The operating mechanism of a circuit breaker has the function of quickly closing and disconnecting the contacts, and its "closing", "opening", and "the position of the handle distinguishes free tripping" positions.

C-type and J-type circuit breakers are derived and designed based on the basic product of Y-type. J-type circuit breakers improve the structure of the contacts of Y-type circuit breakers so that in the event of a short circuit, the dynamic and static contacts can quickly disconnect before the mechanism is activated, achieving the goal of improving the breaking capacity.
